Made to Order
Each Desired Stars piece is made to order, handcrafted once your purchase is placed. This ensures authenticity, precision, and the level of quality our brand stands for.
Unless you’re purchasing from our premade selection, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Every Desired Stars item is made specifically for the customer once the order is confirmed — because of this, we do not issue refunds or cancellations after production begins.
If you need to update or modify your order, you have 72 business hours from the time of purchase to request changes.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS, which provides photo proof of delivery for every package.
We ship internationally, and shipping fees will vary depending on your location.
Desired Stars is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Once an order is marked as delivered and photo proof has been provided by UPS, the delivery is considered complete.
Any false claims of non-receipt will result in a permanent restriction from future purchases with Desired Stars.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Desired Stars is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been released to the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
